Our Rooms
Rooms A or B
Starting at $85 Per Night
Fit for one, but spacious enough for two, Rooms A and B are located on the first floor, have a full size bed, dresser, dorm size fridge, ensuite bathroom, TV, closet, and writing desk with padded chair. Room B has night stands on either side of the bed.
Rooms C and D
Starting at $65 Per Night
Rooms C and D are next to each other on the second floor and ideal for traveling companions that would like their own sleeping space, but can be booked separately. Room C has a full size bed and fridge, while Room D has a twin bed and dorm size fridge. Both rooms have ensuite half baths and each with a private shower near the sauna. Both rooms have writing desks with padded chairs, TVs, dresser and a small closet. Room D also has a comfortable reading chair.
Room E
Starting at $75 Per Night
Room E is perfect for the solo traveler. It has a twin size bed and full ensuite shower. There is also a writing desk with padded chair, small fridge, TV, closet, book case and night stand.
Rooms F and G
Starting at $95 Per Night
Rooms F and G are our largest rooms. Both rooms have full ensuite bathrooms, comfortable reading chair, writing desk with padded chair and TV. Room F is on the second floor with full size bed, dorm size fridge, night stand, dresser and closet. Room G is on the third floor with a private parking space near the front door. It has a queen size bed and a full size fridge. It is located near the balcony with a sweeping view of the Kennebec River and boat landing.
Our Apartments
Down Apartment
Starting at $145 Per Night
This is a first floor apartment with two bedrooms each with a full size bed and TVs, fully stocked galley kitchen, dining area with seating for four, large deck overlooking the Kennebec River and boat landing with outdoor furniture and gas grill, living area with large screen TV, fireplace with working woodstove and 1.5 bathrooms.
Up Apartment
Starting at $165 Per Night
This is the same apartment above the first floor apartment but with three bedrooms. The third bedroom has a twin bed and ensuite half bath. The dining area seats six people and has a gas fireplace. Both apartments have mostly L.L. Bean furniture and bedding.
